Apple postponed the ship date of iPhone SE

Apple introduced the new generation iPhone SE a few days ago, but decided to delay the transportation of the device due to the coronavirus epidemic.

US-based technology company Apple recently introduced its budget-friendly model iPhone SE. According to information from the Apple Store in the USA, this new affordable model is following a very successful sales trend. However, due to the high demand, the delivery date of certain units was delayed from April 24 to May 13.

Technology giant introduced iPhone SE in its online event on April 15. According to the analyst named Ming-Chi Kuo, the model in question is expected to sell at least 20 million in 2020. The sales price of the second generation model starts at $399 in the USA.

The shipping date of iPhone SE has been delayed:

iPhone SE came with a 4.7-inch Retina HD display that Apple previously implemented on the iPhone 8 model. The phone, which offers a screen with a resolution of 1334 x 750 pixels and a value of 326 ppi, also has a contrast ratio of 1400: 1. Finally, let's also say that the screen has a brightness of 625 nits and that the phone gets its power from the A13 Bionic processor.

As we know, technology companies, having a hard time due to the coronavirus epidemic, have suspended production one by one. Apple's supply chain and manufacturing partners, among these companies, had to close most of the assembly lines last February before resuming production. Therefore, the transportation of new iPhone SE models, which are stated to be high, had to be postponed to 13 May. This date was previously set for April 24.
