Here is the cheapest electric car in the world: ZETTA

Electric vehicles are the future of the automotive industry. In a decade they will be much cheaper and much more practical in everyday use. The automotive startups currently under construction are expected to help implement this vision.

The young company Russian Engineering and Manufacturing Сompany (REMC) has made its contribution. They have the smallest electric vehicle in the world. It is not a large and luxurious limousine or armored car of the future from Tesla, but Zetta (Zero Emission Terra Transport Asset) is second to none in the urban jungle.

The car will be available in showrooms for only 7,000 USD. Lucky owners will be able to accelerate it to 120 km/h and forget about charging it for over a week, because it offers a range of up to 200 kilometers. It should be emphasized here that this is a great result for such a small car. The latest municipal electric compacts for over 15 thousand US Dollars can do little more.

Zetta has a 10 kWh battery and a 97 HP electric motor. However, its domain is light weight, so with the motorcycle's performance it can fight with larger, electric brothers. REMC plans to sell its small electrician at 15,000 units. Apparently, the vehicle can also be bought in Europe, but it is not yet known when and for how much.

Russian Engineering and Manufacturing Сompany was founded only 3 years ago. This is a startup focused on the ecological future of the automotive industry. The company's headquarters is located in Tolyatti, the Russian motoring basin. Engineers have revealed that the Chinese will provide efficient batteries for the Zetta car. It is a lucrative contract that will make the price of the vehicle so low.

Tesla is not alone on this way to get the whole world electric-powered. Many other manufacturers also raised their hands for electric cars. Russian engineers present a great car which everyone could buy for a good price. Most of the electric cars are still very expensive if you live outside of the United States. But Zetta is a good option.

As you remember, Porsche also made a surprise (actually, it was not that big surprise) to Tesla and showed up with a vehicle with 100% electric-powered.

In the past people were discussing about the time of arrival of electric vehicles to the market. Now, we have already started to discuss and announce which one to get, and when. Isn’t it great? Hopefully one day more eco-friendly vehicles will be seen on the roads.
