Futurologist: In 2048, there will be more robots than humans

Futurologists and people associated with the world of the latest electronic technologies see the future in robots that will do most of our everyday work. Dr. Ian Pearson is one such visionary.
It announces that in less than 30 years more than 9 billion robots will be operating on Earth. There are currently about 100 million machines of this type, but their number is expected to increase drastically every year. This will be because they will be more and more advanced, which is why their role in the development of humanity will be crucial for us.
One of the most respected futurologists and engineers in the world is sure that although many people are reluctant to robots today, due to the threat of losing their jobs or simply their appearance, in a few decades most of the human population of our planet will be at home at least one droid, and even become part of it themselves, thanks to brain-computer interfaces and bionic devices.
The NOW TV platform, promoting the new season of the WestWorld series, recently conducted a survey of robots in people's lives. The results were very surprising. It turns out that seven out of ten respondents (71 percent) are afraid of the creation of artificially intelligent robots, and almost six out of ten (59 percent) believe that robots pose a threat to humanity.
Similar visions, like Ian Pearson, have the head of the Japanese technology giant, SoftBank. It is the engineers from this company that are proud to have the most advanced, beloved and friendly to everyone robot called Pepper. Increasingly, it appears not only in public utilities, but also at major events. A robot for dozens of languages and can impress even the largest malcontents with conversations.
