We have already seen smartphones with two screens, although this trend has not met with a very warm reception from users, so now is the time for next devices, and the first one is a new model ZenBook.

The eyes of the entire technological world are now turned towards the Computex 2019 trade fair in Taiwan, so manufacturers are willing to use it to promote their new solutions and technologies. Asus has an additional reason to be proud, because this year celebrates its 30th anniversary, therefore we can expect additional fireworks from it, and it starts with a ZenBook Pro Duo laptop. A very strong solution dedicated to creators that stands out from the competition with an additional 14-inch touch screen.

The construction can boast dimensions of 35.9 x 24.6 x 2.4 cm, and its weight is 2.5 kg, but its most important feature is certainly the second display called by the manufacturer ScreenPad Plus. It is located directly above the keyboard and was designed to improve the comfort of content creators, mainly due to the resolution of 3840 x 1100 pixels or the possibility of enlarging the fragments of the image displayed on the main screen. The set also includes Asus Pen, so that the use of a laptop will be even more convenient.

As for the main screen, we are talking about a 15-inch OLR HDR display with 4K resolution (3.840 x 2.160 pixels), which can boast of a nearly frameless NanoEdge construction and 100% coverage of the DCI-P3 color palette. Another curiosity is the LED touchpad called NumberPad 2.0, placed right next to the backlit keyboard, which does both the numeric keyboard and the trackpad.

Under the hood, there is also a high-end configuration with processors up to 9th Intel Core generation, up to 32 GB RAM, 1TB SSD and Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 graphics with 6GB GDDR6 RAM and support for ray tracing technology. Besides, we can count on Bluetooth 5.0, Wi-Fi 6 with Gig + (802.11ax), Thunderbolt 3, two USB 3.1 ports Type A and HDMI 2.0, and there was also control using the Amazon Alex assistant and IR camera with Windows Hello .

Unfortunately, we still have no idea about the prices and the release date of the ZenBook Pro Duo. But can’t wait to share it with you once it appears.
