Honor, the sub-brand of Huawei, has added Honor Play 9A to its 2020 smartphones today.

Honor says the Honor Play 9A, which has a 5,000mAh battery, can be used for 3 days on a single charge.

Honor, the sub-brand of Huawei, continues to develop and announce entry-level and mid-range phones. Honor also announced the Honor Play 9A smartphone and FlyPods 3 wireless headphones, along with its new mid-segment phone, the Honor 30S.

Play 9A, the successor of Honor Play 8A, has a screen resolution of 6.3 inches and 720 x 1600 pixels. The device is also powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 chipset and 4GB of RAM.

Honor Play 9A, which comes with users with a single RAM option, has 64GB and 128GB storage options. There is also a microSD card slot to increase storage space on the phone.

Honor Play 9A is extremely ambitious about charging time. Honor says the Play 9A can be used for three days on a single charge with a 5,000mAh battery with 10W charging support.

There is a rectangular dual camera module on the back of Play 9A. The main camera of the rear camera system has f/1.8 aperture and 13MP resolution. Play 9A's main camera is accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor. There is an LED flash in the middle of the two lenses. On the front of the Play 9A there is an 8MP resolution front camera.

With dual SIM card support, Honor Play 9A has microUSB 2.0 as the port and 3.5mm connection for the headphone jack. On the operating system side, Play 9A will be out of the box with the Magic 10 UI based on Android 10.
